Is there a local service center for Denon equipment?
Or could someone point me to the local distributors for Denon (I know Elec. Depot is one)?

Same place, Joint Venture. The place doesn't look like a service center but that's the place to bring Denon equipment. Not to mention they know they're stuff pretty well. I brought my DVD player there and the tech, I forget his name, was very helpfull and accomodating and he got my player up and running beautifully. One caveat: Joint Venture is primarily an audio set-up house for live shows, so the techies are usually out on the field for their live set ups so sometimes their not in the shop for days, which may leave your equipment--and yourself...waiting.

anyone know the number here ? do they have a center in the philippines ? the number i got from the other thread is busted, need help here, my denon pma-700v has music coming out of only 1 channel, i checked the wires it seems ok, rca ? no problem.. hmm need help !

try asking archi audio. i believe they are the main denon distributor in the PI.

You could go to Denon in Gilmore near St Paul's QC. Its beside the computer stores near CDR King. The importer of denon is Beyond Innovations Inc. Maybe Archi Audio can also help you, they are one of the dealers.

Call your nearest Denon Authorized dealer. You can perhaps drop it off there.

Egay, sana mapababa ni Vic bayaw yung presyo. Pero won't it be counter-productive to sell Denon kay JR since sila ang may hawak ng Yamaha? ??? ???

;D Heheh! palagay ko imposible na kumuha o magbenta ng denon c JR dahil nga may yamaha cya & alam din naman ntin na may konting friction yung dalawa dahil nrin sa bussiness nila cyempre competitor parin cla & yung produkto nila. Bat mo nga pala ako kilala sir? ???

saan nga po ba? i have this denon amp na surplus...everything is ok except that the input selector jumps every now and then as if looking for a signal. akala ko noong una ay apektado ng remote ko to other units but i have observed na even without me using the remote eh tumatalon siya. normal po ba ito? can anybody suggest a good denon amp technician that can do the job? tia

I bought a Denon AVR 1804 from Spectra three years ago.
The subwoofer RCA is loose, sometimes it creates hum on the subwoofer.
Where is Denon Service Center, or can I just bring it back to Spectra to be repaired at the Denon Service Center.

Mindanao Ave., if you're coming from North Ave. go straight past Congressional, there's a building to your left that has a Mercury Drug. Take the next U-Turn slot and move to the right, the Denon service center is in the building right before that. There's a huge blue Denon sign outside, can't miss it.

Yung nasa kanto ng mindanao at congressional sa left side if you're coming from SM North ay Tropical Hut where Mercury Drug is located. After that, along Mindanao Ave, is a surplus car sales center then the building where Denon Service Center is. I think there is (PS Bank?) bank at the ground floor of that building.

Denon service center address is at 4 Mindanao Avenue. From Trinoma, take Mindanao Avenue. Take the first U-turn slot after KFC (to your right) and Congressional Avenue. Look for the DENON sign.

other landmarks that says you're near it are bureau of jail managment, metrobank and a big hardware. it is right before q-plaza/mercury drugstore. across the street BDO.

Yung Denon DVD-1910 ko 4 months na sa Lotteworld hindi pa narerepair hanggang ngayon. Wala pa raw parts for the Optical Head. Grabe naman. Ang mahal mahal ng product nila tapos ganito quality ng service. >:(

This isn't really a HT concern, but my Denon C710 IEMs left piece suddenly broke on me the other week. I was listening to music when it just died. The right side is fine though. Are IEMs still repairable? If so, where in the Philippines can I bring it too?

Vent out lang, bumigay ulit denon 2105 ko. After less than 5x of use since na repair. Pabalik balik na ko sa pure digital concept. Yung may sign na pioneer center where toyama showroom in west ave. is also located. Dun din dinadala ni lotteworld. Naka 4 na balik na ko. I dont intend to go back there. Di maayos. I keep telling them na baka may mas malala pang problema. They just keep replacing the transistor and keep charging me everytime. Ang problema, wala na daw ibang denon service center, sila lang. I havent had service this bad, sa kanila lang.
Update. I called them again, kako wala bang mas marunong gumawa? Dalhin ko daw kay audio world. ???
