Principal photography has begun. Sounds like THE BICYCLE THIEF plot but more interesting than that. Marvin Agustin stole one of the pair of shoes of Imelda Marcos to give to her mom played by Tessie Tomas. The husband of Tessie died during the construction of the Manila Film Center in 1981.
