Where did you people come from? Have you never heard the word "wow" used as an expression of shock, disbelief and grief? You express your grief the way you want to, to attack others on how they express theirs is just wrong.

Yup, which is why I was surprised to read he was 44. I always thought he was younger than me. I thought the cast additions to the sequel were younger than the actors in the first film.

He went a long way from that role, though. So many kids, who have lost their father at a very early age. Very sad.

I remember a very young Francis M introducing the "Strut" at the then popular dance contest Dance 10.  I think he won for several weeks.  Later on, he would become one of the legendary rappers here in the Philippines, mesmerizing even foreigners.  Too soon, too young to die.  May He Rest in Peace indeed.

Magalona was supposed to perform “Superproxy” with the Eraserheads in the band’s reunion concert, “The Final Set” at the SM Mall of Asia grounds in Pasay City on Saturday.

Even if you weren't a fan of his music, you can't have been a teenager in the 90s without being familiar with at least one of his songs. Amidst the band explosion of that decade, he helped shape the OPM music scene of that time (and his influence stretches on through the years).

Props to him for his great contribution to local music, culture and promoting patriotism. RIP.

when i heard the sad news..i was very very sad and even cried a few times watching tributes for him..and i dont even know francis personally..i keep asking myself why am i very much affected..and i have come to conclusion that francis generation is my generation...his music has been a part of me..and now, it feels like a part of me has gone..the music you shared will be treasured and will live in all of us..bilang isang musikero din na tulad mo, nagluluksa kami sa pagkawala mo..may you rest in peace..JOB WELL DONE SIR! :'(
