I've been a client of sir Tony a.k.a. Trod93 for a long time now, purchased a pair of 1x4ft, and two pairs of 1x2ft acoustic absorber panels, on three separate occasions.
And every time I go to his place to pick up my requests, the best part is the "music time" that sir Tony and I would have, in his incredible acoustically-treated music den. And from there we would have long conversations of music, audio hardware, stories of friends with similar audio setups, and the best songs to play with his audio setup, consisting of a tube preamp, tube amp, restored vintage turntable, and DIY speakers(that sound so good, you'll forget they're DIY).
Yesterday, I ordered a pair of wedge acoustic foam absorbers. And as always, the quality of the items that come from this seller/extreme audiophile, is top notch! From the countless diffusers, acoustic panels, and bass traps he has made, it is evident that he always goes for "function" first, but never comprises "form".
And even though he didn't create the acoustic foam panels himself, you can be sure that he would not sell anything that isn't efficient.
I'm glad I know sir Tony. Getting an SMS update of a new project he's currently doing(usually, a pair of heavenly sounding speakers), be asked to come by and give them a listen, and expect my comments about it, is an excitement in itself!
If you've ever listened to his audio setup in his den, you'd know that being a test subject for his audio creations would be such a privilege... and such an "aurally orgasmic" experience.
