Extremely pleasant person to deal with. Was very patient in reeducating me in the ways of HiFi. Managed to rewrite my whole Home Theater system in one afternoon. Has an awesome setup that is chock full of pleasant surprises.
Thanks to Nelson, my interest in HT has been rekindled after being dormant for 10 years :-)
