SMF Trader System - Detailed Feedback
Detailed Comment I order a unit of a pana plasma tv, and was delivered as scheduled. But as his tech was installing it, there was a problem with the said unit ( a factory defect) thus I talked to DOM about it over the cp. He assured me that it will be replace immediately. Truly,  next day a new unit came as replacement and now working perfectly. All the while I was waiting, DOM kept in touch with me and apologized and gave me reassurance.
I'm not sure if big appliance stores would go to such extent of reassuring the customer if a problem occurs with his purchase. That's what you call personalized service!!
