Thank you sir for buying my Dell Venue 8 Pro. You (or your son) need to have an outlook.com account. You will need this when you are asked by the tablet if you want to complete the installation of some MS and Dell software/drivers. I just have the tablet refreshed to factory settings, installed the office using the product key i've given you. But you need to log in to a microsoft account to complete the installation.
