answered my questions comprehensively so i was very well-informed on my purchase.
item was shipped quickly after payment. in fact, it turns out shipping cost was substantially higher than expected, but ma'am alice and sir william proceeded with posting of the item, and simply requested -- very politely -- if i could share in (not even entirely pay for) the difference, at my convenience.
item itself was as described.
i highly recommend ma'am alice and sir william, please do not hesitate to deal with them -- do your own research then ask them intelligent questions, they will be more than willing to oblige.
