Rugulus was very friendly and easy to deal with. Meet me on his b-day to show the TV. Pulled a new unit to let me test the heck out of it for about an hour or so.
Delivery occurred within the hour window given, was professional and courteous.
Loving the new TV would gladly purchase from him in the future.
