casual gaming with halo, cool eye candy during its time
ff7. sf alpha. tekken 2 and 3. nuff said!
monday sickness as a kid (always absent, wag tularan hahah), too much mario kart action!
i was totally addicted to beating the rainbow bridge time trials
throw in DBZ, SF turbo damn, awesome console!
my first foray into HT gaming, my eyes could not look at 480i games again
tried GOW and mostly into NBA 2k games
not really a saturn gamer, VF2 and sonic titles were cool though
PS3 titles, sticking with my fave titles, evolved into more of a graphics whore and less a gamer as i got older
from afar the PS1 cover of SF Alpha looks great, but close up they look malnourished lol
Stylistically i love those black CDs, hope sony revives them somehow
Salvaged whats left of my cartridge famicom games
Most expensive there was Double Dribble (black, ripped label), took me many months to save enough money to buy it for 850 pesos then
DBZ2 was one of my all time faves
who could forget Up X Down B L Y R A?
That rivals Contra's 100 lives imo
SNES nostalgia!
Another All time great game- SF Turbo
I just couldnt get enough of this game during my trapper keeper days... Arcade to home and vice versa- this was a classic!
On another note, my HDTV successor finally arrived
Thanksvm to Carlo777 of pdvd for all the tips!
50C10 Panasonic Plasma bound to replace my Samsung LA32R81 LCD
Installed and in place, thanks to Dom of Pdvd for the great customer service
Made an impromptu photo review of the 50C10, went with dynamic mode during the tests but returned to normal mode shortly to begin my break in period
Blu Ray
Holy cow, the movie grain PQ is superb
The black levels are unlike what the R81 can offer
DVD
Looks great at 720p, the vibrant colors, sharpness and contrast meshes wonderfully well and non-eye straining
tests to be continued
thanks for looking!
