How to Set Up CD and Turntable combo
« on: Mar 28, 2013 at 08:44 AM »
Hi guys. I want to set up a pure audio set up with cd and turntable. It's going to be in the living room. I'm totally a noob in this one with regards to set up. What do I need? An integrated amplifier or a receiver? BS or FS? Minimum wattage?

Thanks.

-bili ko kayo ng INT AMP
or PRE AMP/Power AMP       make sure may MM/MC for PHONO

-Bili kayo TT ikabit nyo sa AMP
-Bili kayo CDP ikabit nyo sa AMP
-Bili kayo speaker ikabit nyo sa AMP

wattage of amp - your choice depends on the needs of your speaker
there you go

how much sir yung budget po? since youll go pure audio, its should be a stereo amplifier. an integrated perhaps, or pre/power combo. depending on your willingness to spend :D :D just get the best pair of speakers you can afford :D :D finally, the love for vinyl/turtable has many stages(just me) first, is that you just want to have it because its different and a very good piece for display. 2nd, you want it because it reminds you of your childhood days, so its nostalgia perhaps. 3rd, you really wanted to experience the vinyl music but will not push yourself insanely and still prefer to listen regularly to your ist choice of medium..digital. 4th, youll go vinyl because you believe that this is the best medium and want to listen to recordings the way it should be ;D ;D then youll be spending much more than a basic analog setup.
MARANTZ 6004 int amp
MARANTZ 6004 cdp
REGA rp3 with an mc cart of your choice
xavian BS or EPOS (pag may budget...harbeth) >:D
