"The disc will carry both anamorphic widescreen, and full screen presentations" -- does this mean 1 side of the disc is widescreen and the other side of disc is full screen?

At DVD Times it says "Available in separate Widescreen and Full Screen editions"..

Though I haven't seen the film, I already pre-ordered this one from Amazon.

Me, too...I have already pre-ordered this from Amazon.com (along with Passion of the Christ: Definitive Edition)...I was hesitant at first, 'coz of the PR earlier of DVDactive that this was 1sideWS/1sideFS disc. Luckily they have decided to split the WS and FS versions...

OT: That is the reason why I am not joining the "Little Miss Sunshine" DVD, not just yet...it's a double-sided disc, 1sideWS/1sideFS...I'll try to wait and see what the local distributor (Viva, since this is a Fox Searchlight release) has to offer...

Don't know what extras will be added yet.

I keep waiting for Viva to release this locally...  good for me.  I'll spring for the 2-disc R1 if Viva still haven't put out the R3 by then...

Why oh why? I'm already happy with the single disc. I'm not sure now if I'm going to double dip...

Thanks for the head's up! I already have the single disc edition stored in my Amazon shopping list. I'll just wait for the two-disc edition.
