here is my updated review i made weeks ago..well sort of..
After about a month of deliberating and agonizing over my next tv purchase.. I got the 32c4x tonight..
i compared it to 32c3x.. honestly the 32c4x performs just as well..
I didnt have an lcd during 2007 so i can it compare to that era haha..
pero sa showroom parang konti lang ang diff in pic quality kung meron man or dahil sa nagkaroon na ako ng bias kaya hinahanap ko yung "defect" but i did not see it..
We also have an lg 37ld460 full hd but i like the panasonic 32c4x colors better!! ...
muntik na ako mag lg 32lk430 kasi nga fullhd.. kahapon pero buti na lang nakita ko rin sa showroom sa viewing angle pa lang talong talo ang lg.. Im no tv expert also but i got that showroom quality pic in our guest room with this panny..eyes are happy so is my wallet..
quick rating
pros:
low cost
low power- mga 88watts..63w normal usage
usb -plays mkv
easy setup with the stand..slot tv in and screw thats it!
speaker not tinny at all (our older lg sounds harsh)
cons:
plasticky build at the back but who watches the back haha!
remote has buttons r,g,b etc instead of back, forward for the media player
limited connectivity.. you might be wanting if you have hdmi needs..it only has 1 hdmi..(im not into consoles anyway)
Media player has no resume? (it starts from the start if you stop it..)
subtitles are too small and white cant be read when background is light
regarding the settings dont follow Carlo's test setting for the c3x on this..
ang panget I think it does not apply on this model!
I guess the lesson is try to demo for yourself its all subjective anyway..
for a basic budget tv, this is a good buy.
