PCH A-410: copy files from usb to hdd (sub-folder does not exist)

i tried copying my movie files from usb to the internal hdd of pch a-410. but everytime i click the button "copy to," it cannot copy the file to internal hdd of pch; a message "sub folder does not exist" pops up.

anyone who knows the how-to on this?

what is the format of your internal hdd? is it ntfs or ext3? thanks!
