Marantz, Denon, Onkyo... Actually almost all brands have models with built in wifi and DLNA support.
But no AVR yet, as far as I know, that could play movies/music via USB through HDD(I think flash/thumb drives pwede but music lang). You need media player / NMT for that functionality, which by the way are DLNA capable too...

Kung audio lang, then puwede na bluetooth receiver.

Kung need mag stream nang audio/video, meron ala-Chromecast na devices na available, which is connected via HDMI.  I assume puwede ilagay sa isang HDMI ports nang AVR.  Pero once it goes wireless, I doubt if discrete multi-channel pa yan, baka 2.0 na lang.

30K for the AVR alone or with speakers na?
If you're from QC check mo sila MLY(avshop) in Kalayaan, Grey Market in White Plains Katipunan and Sound & Vision(tein) near Banawe.

If on a budget, pwede ka mag HTIB na with bluetooth receiver na. In that way, stream all you can ka ng music from your phone / tablet directly to your system. As per streaming movies naman, just follow what Louie said, get a media player, thats the main use of that product  ;)
