Got that right Sir. Kung ako may ganyang kwarto, banatan ko na agad walls nyan kahit egg trays muna.  ;D ;D

Naku Dan, nasama na yan sa mga pinapag isipan ko. Too many possibilities and too much imagining na ako at di ko na alam ano unahin ko. I will just sit back and decide first what i want before i move para sulit ang gastos

If you're really planning on slowly investing on it, I suggest you go with the gears first before the room treatments. That way, you'll enjoy them from day 1 til the room is entirely finished. Pag inuna mo kasi ht room, lalabas na nakatunganga ka lang on an empty room.  ;)

Hehe tama ka rin jan  ;D  Kaya nahihilo na ako sa kakaisip. It is a matter of careful planning on how to appropriate a limited budget to accomplish everything.  Ang sarap lang mag imagine kasi libre  :D

I dont think it fits into the formula though. It is 14m L x 5.5m W x 2.5m H. I have to divide it into two to get an ideal room size. I know I got infected kasi since visiting your place, i had been lying in bed at night thinking of how to divide the space and what to put in it!  ;D I had been toying with the idea of making one for audio and one for ht or one for both or one ht, or one audio den or a million other combos. Wala pa dun yung gear sa pagmumuni-muni ko!  ;D Major damage kaya maybe 10 years in the making  :D

Mas mahirap na problema kung masyado maliit ang kwarto!

Tama si Dan. Gear muna. And maybe some very basic acoustic treatment like curtains.
No room acoustic treatment is like running a Ferrari on ice.
