Hi Sir Vic,

Just want to confirm kung mag kakaroon pa po kau ng stock (Avision 42" w/ 120 motion flow) around Nov - Dec. We're planning to buy this very good deal. Also, how much for straight cash?

We don't know if the AVision will still come out with 120hz feature. At the moment, AVision had discontinued the 120hz on all 42".

We have the last 2 units of 120HZ AVision. I suggest you get this TV while the supply is still available.

Mga sir,naghuhunt ako ng bang for the buck na HDTV,as of now ang mga options ko is Avision 42AL69 and LG 37LD460,pero sa ngayon parang mas gusto ko yung Avision 42al69,concern ko lang is kung good quality kaya,and yung after sales,tumagal kaya toh?and kung sakali na eto makuha ko,ano po kaya magandanag i pair na HTS dito?TIA

Help! I bought my Avision 42" AL69 LCD last September 18, 2010 (Saturday) in Avision Tutuban Mall. I opened it at the store and tested it. It was ok, working in good condition.

I am from Naga City, Camarines Sur, Bicol. Iuuwi ko sana yung tv sa Naga City kaya lang hindi kasya sa sasakyan namin kaya iniwan ko nalang sa condo namin dito sa Regalia Towers, Cubao. Umuwi kami ng Bicol on September 20, 2010 (Monday).

Kakarating ko lang ng Manila ng October 20 (Wednesday late night) and hindi ko parin ginagamit television.
Last night October 23, 2010, binuksan ko na Avision 42" AL69 LCD TV and decided to use it here in Cubao instead in Naga City. Hinanap ko ng hinanap ang MJC yung 120hz motion flow. Pero WALA po. I'm so frustrated and really sad. Kakabasa ko lang kagabi ng post mo sir SonOfKratos which was on September 20. Please help me guys.

Kakaemail ko lang kanina sa Logitech Marketing. I'm still waiting for their reply. Isa pa pong problema ko, uuwi na ako bukas ng early morning. So by phone and email ako makiki coordinate sa Logitech Marketing. Sir SonOfKratos pwede po ba pakwento in detail what you did to exchange your unit? Kahit sa pm nalang po o kung pwede dito na para maka inform sa lahat.

Kung alam ko lang po sir Vic na magkakaganito, sainyo na ako kumuha. Sayang. Next time I'll make sure to get from your store for the very good after-sales service you offer.

Sir kuha po ako ASAP ng 42" Avision LCD with 120Hz kung meron pa.

Sir wala na po ang logitech marketing ng 42" with 120Hz True Motion. Ung dealer po na nabilhan ko. Pumayag naman na refund ko yung iba. Ung 22" LCD lang kunin ko. The rest of the payment pwede ibalik sakin this week.

Sir kailangan ko maibalik unit this week. So pag meron po kayo ng may 120Hz pa. Babalik ko na po itong unit at bibili ako sainyo ng 42" Buy 1 take 1 22" Bundle.

Sir please confirm po kung meron at pupunta po ako agad diyan. Nasa Naga City po ako, pero punta po ako diyan kagad pag meron.
Pag naconfirm mo po today na meron, bukas po punta na ako diyan sa Sight's and Sounds.

1. Vic, sorry for hi jacking your thread.

2. Bro dont email them, di ka sasagutin nyan, Tawagan mo yung number nung logitech marketing and explain your side of the story. I was lucky to get mkine replaced agad by electronics botique through coordination with logitech kasi may stocks pa sila nung 120hz nung time na yon and, the tv was bare with me for a week and the specs they showed me DID SAY 120hz and not 60hz. pasok pa ako dun sa 1 week replacement warranty plus i would have been all over their asses with my lawyer cousin for false avertisement and misleading consumers if ever they didnt replace or refund.

3. next time, buy at SnS!!! You get what you pay for and more! there are just some things that money cant buy! like good customer sevice and care and even better after sales service!

You won't see them frown in case they have customers that explicitly say that they won't buy.. They will still accomodate their "testing" needs.

Wala akong alam na shop na ganun..

In case they don't bag a sale that day, the potential customer would return another day or at the very least, word of mouth re the excellent customer service and friends of friends would buy from them..

I did everything pero too late na talaga. Wala na talaga ako mahanap may 120hz.

I'm very sad to say na wala na talaga ako magagawa. I really felt so bad, disappointed, and frustrated. But now I'm resigned in accepting my case already. Tama ka nga sir sonofkratos. Dapat talaga tawag kasi hindi naman nag reply sa email.

My fault was I trusted in their product advertisement too much which really I believe is not wrong. Pag bili ko po nito lahat ko naman tinesting (on, play movie, etc) EXCEPT 120hz MJC feature.


Sights and Sounds na talaga sa sunod. Doon ko naman talaga ito unang nakita. Nagkataon lang pag punta namin sa Tutuban meron naman dun, so sabi ko kahit doon na. Sobra ko kasing excited that day. Just imagine how much excitement I felt. My disappointment and frustration is proportional to that. Nasa Bicol ako ngayon pero noong nakaraang araw. Nag long distance pa ako sa napaka daming dealer stores pero wala na talaga available with 120Hz.

It's still a good buy pero siyempre hindi na meet ang original expectation ko. Ang goal ko ngayon ay mag trabaho ng sobra para makabili sa SNS ng TV in the future. Hopefully 55" 3D LED na. haha Nangagarap na ako ng maganda at sigurado para hindi na mga AVision or kung ano pa. Mga branded na! hahaha

Nakakafrustrate pa din talaga.

Well, ako rin frustrated kasi kung kelan ready to purchase na ako, wala na itong AVision with MotionFlow.  Gandang ganda ako sa PQ nito dati pa, nung marami pang stock and meron 42"+22" bundle promo, wala lang ako pambili.   

AVision stripped off features (a major one at that), but retained the model number.  Possible kaya na firmware lang ang kailangan para ma-activate uli yung MotionFlow feature?
