Episode 2 was great...bad-ass Rick continues to be awesome, and I was sort of hoping Hershel turned into a zombie and bit Lori's face off in that scene, LOL  >:D

Who's watching Carol from the fences? And new cast member Lew Temple as Axel is giving off a Gary Oldman vibe.

He just wanted their weapons and military hardware, not them. Besides, they might be a threat to his plans, so he eliminated them as early as possible.

I remember me uttering last night that he's an a-hole, I thought he was nice... I hope he gets a beating...

Akala ko pa naman in an apocalyptic world like that, humans can trust humans to watch each other's back against the walkers. I think now that the moral of the series is that when faced with such a situation (gruesome killings, losing loved ones and all that) the greatest enemy is yourself, not the walkers.

That is why he orders the doctor to study the walkers because he hopes for a cure for his daughter.

if they stay a little true to the comics, the gov'nor will get what he deserves.

in a post-apocalyptic world, resources (food/water) are your friends and everyone else is your enemy. :)

I am guessing it would be too racial if the events in the comics would play in the series.

I think that's the reason why the right-hand man (or should I say left-hand man as Merle seems to be the right-hand one) is black and seemed interested with Michonne
