Read somewhere that the only reason why Rick still has a hand on the TV series is that it is too expensive to use CGI or makeup. Makes sense since he is the lead character.

I tried watching the death scenes on youtube, I could not. It was too traumatic to see. Yung kay Abraham parang acceptable. Pero yung kay Glenn felt personal.

Several new characters will be introduced in the second episode of The Walking Dead's Season 7 as part of Ezekiel's group The Kingdom, joining Daniel Newman, who was introduced in the Season 6 finale. from left to right: Logan Miller, Cooper Andrews, Kerry Cahill, Karl Makinen, Carlos Navarro, Daniel Newman.

Just like the previous episode, "The Well" has been extended by AMC by several minutes--the episode will be 66 minutes long with commercials.

Mukhang di din na cut sa SD channel during the 1st episode. It would have ruined the realty of the loss. We needed to be traumatized too.

Medyo dull ang ep2. I have to watch this again for the dialog. It's at 8pm tonight at Skycable SD Ch50.

Btw, still was shown sa Cignal on parallel play pero for some reason they dont advertise it. They only advertise the primetime sched

Same with Skycable. Merchandised time was 8:55pm. They casually slip parallel times shortly after. It is to drive advertisers up.

As of the 2nd episode, Alanna Masterson (Tara), Josh McDermitt (Eugene), and Christian Serratos (Rosita) have been promoted to opening credits billing, replacing Steven Yuen and Michael Cudlitz, while Tom Payne (Jesus), Xander Berkeley (Gregory) and Khary Payton (Ezekiel) have been promoted to series regulars ("Also Starring").

2nd episode was dull because it was a jarring change from the previous episode--this was actually supposed to be the 3rd episode, but AMC switched it with the 2nd episode, which features Daryl, Negan, and Dwight.

Shiva is actually impressive though, considering it's not a real tiger, but a mix of CGI and animatronics, which is probably costing more than the actor's salaries, heh.

After the trauma of ep1 I watched ep2 - second time. This time I was more attentive to dialog. I guess, switching away from ep1 was kind of a letdown. The contrast of emotions was jarring.

Why was Carol insistent on leaving?

A lot of people are saying the second episode should've been the season premiere and I agree. What's most interesting about The Kingdom on the TV series is that the first characters to meet Ezekiel were Carol and Morgan, two characters who were not around when that happened in the comics ... makes we wonder if they will change Dwight's arc on the TV show.

If Ezekiel's voice sounds familiar, Khary Payton is the voice actor for Cyborg and Aqualad on the animated series Teen Titans and Young Justice.

during one of their convos in the last episode, Negan was supposed to "marry" the sister who had diabetes(?) who died eventually.

Hahaha! Ako naman, I thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a lot of character development and a lot of backstory fleshed out.
