ako recommended niyo na NMT for standard crt tv lang.

gusto ko kasi dito ko nailalagay mga dvd files ko. mas convenient pa at hindi na ko palipat lipat mula sa computer.

sir,

pareho lang choices mo with those using plasma or lcd tv's ... all the NMT's and media players posted in the different threads would work on standard crt ... i would suggest browsing the different threads to learn the pros and cons, and decide on what's best that will suit your requirements

If your CRT has component input, best to chose an NMT that has component out.

WD TV Mini has component output.

Not quite sure when it'll be available locally though. This thing is small, measuring only 0.8" x 3.6" x 3.6".

i see. kala ko kasi meron yun mas low tech kasi puro 5k or more ang prices nila.

yun mga dvd na may usb, puwede kaya usb flash disk lang gamitin ko then dun ko na ilagay mga movie files tapus mapeplay kaya yun?

ok lang kaya kung Ace DVD lang bili ko? anu pros and cons?

This was my previous player before I upgraded to an HD capable one. Di ko lang alam kung meron pa stock.

Ok din yan dahil puwedeng mag-play ng .ISO file backup ng DVD so kumpleto ka ng DVD menus.

Nope. It's on bedroom duty with my 21" CRT TV

what happens when you play 720p/1080p videos on an NMT that is connected to a crt tv? Will it play them?

Should be no problem. Kahit naman ikabit mo NMT sa HDTV, if you use only composite or component cables, 480 lang ang resolution.

thanks. so i-downscale nya mga hd files? Interested in getting one sana for the bedroom, kaso crt lang tv dun. What NMT can you guys recommend?

Can't you push 1080i using component cables on an nmt?

Sure you can! I used to do that with my old Philips Pixel Plus and M3100 combo.
