Nagtry ako dati placing it inside pero di niya nababasa.  Pero sa labas using a dock with 3tb compatibility nabasa niya.  Using 2.7 nun.

mga Sir, papatulong lang ako about sa xtreamer pro,,

latest firmware (Ver 2.7.1) po yung naka-install sa xtreamer ko, ginagamit ko po yun sa lg lh70yr, panasonic plasma 50c10 at sony crt.. wala naman po problem sa pag play ng mga videos..
ang problema po eh nung bumili po ako ng 3d led tv(samsung 40eh6030), hindi na po sync ang audio at video,, na-try ko na rin na ikabit yung xtreamer pro sa ibang 3d tv at ganun din po nangyayari,, hindi sync ang audio at video,,
ang ginawa ko po downgrade ko yung firmware version sa factory default (Ver 2.3.3).. naging sync na po yung audio at video, pero ang problem naman po hindi ko ma-play karamihan ng mkv files.. kapag upgrade ko uli sa firmware (Ver 2.4.2), para ma-play yung mga mkv files ko eh hindi na naman sync yung audio at video,,

ano po kayang soluton para dito,,
ang nakapagtataka po kasi bakit kapag sa lg lh70yr, panasonic plasma 50c10 at sony crt ko ikabit yung xtreamer eh ok po yung pag play ng videos kahit latest or default firmware version yung naka-install,,

Where can I have my out of warranty i-xtreamer repaired? It powers up but no display via HDMI. Only works on audio/video output.

I run fine with 15 meters to the PJ, invest ka sa cable quality para walang ghosting na maiinis ka lang.

not yet sir, i attempt to update via flash drive connected to my sidewinder, but it won't detect the update file... my last option was to update directly from the internet, but my internet was unstable earlier so im unable to try updating directly to 2.7.1, my current firmware is 2.7.0...

try using a thumb drive that's 1GB or 2GB capacity only ... it is mentioned in the manual that usb drives with more than 2GB capacity may not work, and i had that issue previously ... 3TB Seagate GoFlex USB 3.0 external HDD works on my brother's Xtreamer Sidewinder 3 ... your firmware is way behind, the latest firmware available is 3.5 RC10

Good day guys! I have a xtreamer sidewinder1. Recently updated the firmware kasi hindi na ma play yung mga bagong mkv format. After update ok na yung xtreamer, i can play all mkv files. Ang problema ngayon is yung .mp4 files. May background music, effects, etc. pero walang vocal audio. By the way i connected my xtreamer so samsung 5.1 home theater using rca audio jack. Pag pinadaan ko naman sa HDMI yung audio diretso sa TV meron naman Vocal sound, yun nga lang hindi ko magagamit yung home theater. Any idea guys? Baka may nalimutan lang ako sa settings. how do i sort it to alphabetical-ascending (A-Z)?

just added a couple of titles. apparently it's not even sorted alphabetically, but rather it's sorted by Date Added to Library

still looking for the way to sort alphabetically...

need help, my xtreamer pro is still at version 2.3.3 and i'm planning to upgrade it to 2.7.1, the problem is that my xtreamer cannot read any file from the usb stick, it can only read the folder specifically "package2". any advise what to do to update?

besides the firmware ver. 4.0, there's also a new sidewinder3 special edition that is now available locally ... it now features a built-in wifi modem (not using USB port)

Need your HELP. Recently got a Xtreamer Prodigy Silver from fellows. It can't seem to read hard disk via the tray caddy, but it can read a 4bay Mediasonic via the USB in at the back, loaded with 4 -2tera without problem. Firmware Ver. 3.0.3

you should copy the update file and unzip it to the root of your USB stick.

if you're already sure that physical mounting of the disk is correct, try updating the firmware, 4.0 is the latest version ... if this doesn't work, i would already suggest that you bring the unit to the seller for possible warranty replacement ... this happened to my brother's xtreamer, it was a hardware defect and had to be replaced - good thing it's under warranty

if you want to use the 3TB HDD as internal disk, the Prodigy should be your choice ... Xtreamer Pro was already discontinued ... and by 8k budget, that's should only be for the xtreamer, excluding the HDD

Hope you can help me out.  I'm using a Sidewinder 3 (FW 4.0.2) with an external 3TB HDD (via USB) which I connect to my TV via HDMI.

I was playing perfectly for a few months already but last weekend, my TV doesn't get any signal from the HDMI port anymore whenever I turn my SW3 on.  Tried to connect it using RCA jacks and my TV displayed the Xtreamer screen.

I'm thinking 3 possible problems here:

1.  My SW3's HDMI port got damaged
2.  My TV's HDMI port got damaged
3.  My HDMI cable needs replacing

Appreciate any help you guys can extend.  Thanks!

swap your ports to another HDMI if you have extra on your TV.

cycle your NMT TV-MODE (video out, composite, component, HDMI) if that helps.
bring your baby to another HDMI of a neighbor and friend, then if its the HDMI port, hmm, time to get a fresh one. the elvira are ok.
