guys... im planning to buy raffle stuff for our company...(small business lang kaya hindi kamahalan grand prize)
gusto ko sana tv...
what is the cheapest decent small tv out there?
cheapest that i would consider buying for myself is 23" ktc @7200
kayalang budget ko is only around 5k... ipapaalam ko pa if we can stretch budget...
im hesitant to buy cdrking... they have 19" for 5280.. hehe kayalang siyempre.. parang panget brand..

mas ok pa no brand kesa cdrking diba if pang regalo?

any suggestions?

KTC isnt a "wow" brand either, has its own horror stories.

i need 3 tvs po kasi... they will serve as grand prize napo..

if i not to buy tvs.. any suggestions po? for 5t budget for 3 units.. pwede naman stretch konti budget.. but will have to ask permission... and not by much...

gas stoves
cellphones
cameras
and best prices plan ko will be tvs...

coby 19" has 1 year warranty.. kayalang medyo oldschool thick lcd siya.. hehe <--- ok napo kaya? hehe or wag din?

small company lang po kasi.. kaya we have tight budget.. and eversince... everyone wins a price kaya di din pwedeng kulangin.. hehe

my only other option is to change grand prize into something else..

Was there last Thursday and it's currently unavailable. Just saw Robinson's Appliance ad sa Star today: Their offering the LG 42LK450 bundled with a Toshiba 24HV10 for P34,990. I might consider this, comes out as a good deal already.

No, hindi siguro OK. I've never tried it, pero sa tingin ko, hindi advisable.

Digital in is HDMI only, walang DVI-in. You'll need a DVI to HDMI adaptor.

At konti lang ang acceptable input resolution. Page 8 of the manual:

XGA: VESA 1024 x 768 @ 60 Hz

Advise naman mga gurus, I'm very tempted to buy a 42" LED or Plasma TV, a Panasonic, though wala pang particular model. Budget is not an issue at the moment. However, meron pa akong fully functioning 32" Panasonic LCD I bought way back 2007 (from SnS) so walang urgency to get another one. My question is, what month is the best time to buy such item? Apprehensive ako to buy this December kasi napapansin ko maraming electronic gadgets tumaas presyo. But does the same trend apply to flat panel TVs? Kung hindi December ang best month to buy a TV, when po? Thanks a lot! (Aside from gusto ko value for money, ayaw ko ding biglang bagsak presyo ang nabili ko a month or so after buying it).

Went to SnS yesterday and I'm really tempted to buy the samsung 40d5000 priced at around 36k and less 3.5k pa daw if i won't get the BD player.... hmmm been thinking a lot on this....

Best time to buy for me is Dec because settled na yung price ng latest model which comes out in March or April.

Ang hirap bumili ng older model if you find the newly released one very very nice.

I noticed matipid ang mga local stores sa kuryente kaya they dont keep the display units turned on like 8-10 hours straight daily. Tapos all they show are looping high def videos na magaganda instead na actual TV shows na puedeng mag-IR. Kaya OK lang display unit basta V20 and 40K and hindi ginasgas ang screen. I also noticed that local stores dont remove the plastic protector sa bezel. So next time you see a V20 at that price, GET!
