Me and my officemates were in Abenson/Avant outlet in Trinoma just last Friday, January 15. We saw a 32" Scarlet on display. Don't know if they had any on stock though. I was eyeing a Samsung kasi, hehehe

Sorry po, the model no. is Series 6 B650, and its a 32" incher. The western greenhills salesman
said it was a new model.

Drat! May price decrease na ang Samsung...from P64,500 naging P58,400 na lang yung 40B530. Just bought one kasi last Sunday

Pati yung ibang 5 series nila, bumaba na rin ang price. (Yung 37B530, from P54,900 naging P49,400 na lang).

I should have waited, pero masyado kasi akong excited eh

Until now nga, I haven't set up my rig (LCD, HT and PS3).

Pareho pa rin and prices. There is no drop price. What is posted on the website are the prices after cash discount. If you follow the Samsung flyers, there's a cash discount for cash buyers. For example, 40b530 SRP is P64900. Its cash discount is P6500. Less P6500. from P64900. = P58,400.

Nevertheless, we have 40b530 which we sell for cash at only P50K.

Hmmm...I've been monitoring that thread since December 2009. The posted price of the 40B530 in that website was P64,500 before, along with some other LCD TV's I was thinking of purchasing, which too, had posted a price drop compared to last year. It served as a guide for me. I was thinking of holding out till February 2010 sana, kaya lang parang ang tagal ng downward movement, hehehe.

Will check nga with several appliance stores this weekend kung bumaba talaga yung SRP.
