bought a new egreat m34 to supplant my wdtv because of dts downmix
now i dont have any sound to my tv! connection is by hdmi,i have video but no sound!

settings: stereo, dts analogpcm, ac3 analogpcm

what is wrong!

kindly check: set-up ==> audio/video ==> hdmi audio set to 'on' then save the setting... hope this helps

Or perhaps it's still with the older firmware, so download the latest one and update it

1st check your firmware version. It should be the latest version.

Then check audio video set up. --- dts = analog, ac3 = analog

best to go back to your supplier and test unit there to verify if actual unit is the problem. if not, then there must be something wrong with your setup or connection. if you have friends with an egreat, patest mo na din. if you are near ortigas center I would gladly help you just to test if audio works in with my system there
