Waiting for this as well. I was at Astro the block yesterday and I was looking for this but didn't saw one at the stands. Thinking it was not released yet, I didn't bother asking the attendants.

Available now, Php 750. Comes with an activity book and 2 pins... which are UP-character pins with Tagalog on them. I think one says "Lolo" and the other says "Apo" or something.  ???

Based sa previous Viva-Disney/Pixar releases, pareho parati ang PQ ng main feature film. Parati rin may English DD 5.1 track ang R3.

Minsan may kulang na Special Features, though. Yung Ratatouille, wala yung deleted scenes.

Will try to compare packaging of R1 and R3 then update this thread.

amazon has this for $19.99 before shipping..  just add a little more you have the dvd plus blu ray.  even if one has yet to get a blu ray player, i say it's a good investment.

Proud Lolo and Proud Apo?  But Carl and Russell are not related!  ;D  Viva should've added Proud Aso for Dug..

Dug's Special Mission is okay, but IMO Jack-Jack Attack is still the best movie short that Pixar has produced.

Definitely worth collecting.  One of Pixar's best, imho, with a more grown up feel to it.

It's out. 750 pesos, 1 disc. Most of the features on the 2-disc (w/ digital copy) seems to be included.

Yup, but the second disc of the R1 is just the "DisneyFile Digital Copy." Hard to say if any features are missing from the jacket art. It just lists some features "and more", so unless you can actually compare open copies, you're at a loss.

Thanks for posting the screen shot, utopian828.

utopian828's post confirms that except for the Digital Copy of the film, the 1-Disc R3 edition contains exactly the same features as the 2-Disc R1 edition of the film.

I agree, especially when you can purchase Blu-rays abroad for around $20, or even as low as $10.

Yup. Even this section's moderator will agree with you. O0

Nadala na ako. It can actually be annoying, like when you spend 1550 for a boxed set of a series you've already seen, then see it on sale for 775 just a month later, when you paid double and it's just sitting sealed on your shelf.

I have too many DVDs. Waiting another six months for a title won't kill me. And I really don't need "Super Lolo"/"Super Apo" badges, anyway.  ;D

Got mine at P600 (SM has a promo for P150 peso off for every P750 Viva dvd if you buy P500 worth of items from the department store. Be sure to get the one with the yellow border as it has a popup packaging in addition to the activity book and badges.
