Dear friends,
Our shipment of eTRAYz and SideWinder arrived in Customs last week; they've
been languishing in a warehouse for almost 2 weeks now. Just yesterday, we
learned that an employee of our Customs broker stole quite a bit of money (that
he was supposed to pay to Customs). That employee kept giving us all sorts of
excuses about delays in this and that, since he couldn't process any paperwork.
To make a long story short, his boss found out what he was up to and has stepped
in to solve the problem. We are now waiting for his update.
I would like to extend my personal apologies for putting you through the long wait,
firstly because of MVIX delays in shipping and secondly for the delays caused by our
Customs broker. It's frustrating for everybody, me included. I've been wanting to
get my hands on an eTRAYz just as badly as you do.
I will post again as soon as I have news. At least now, I know exactly what is going
on... and the Customs broker has assured me that he is pushing hard to get the
goods out as soon as possible.
