im looking for small lcd tv
around 19" to 22"
it doesnt have to be branded..
mas ok branded if konti lang dagdag..

ang nakikita ko ngayon is ovation 22" priced at 9000php..

any suggestions of a better buy?

Seems like that's the cheapest 22" LCD TV.   Most I've seen are in the 12T-13T range even for unbranded ones like Matrix, Union and Changhong at SM appliance. Then again, maybe I'm just not looking hard enough.

monitor na lng tpos lagyan mo ng tuner yun me lalagyan ng antenna pero na yun siguro nasa 10k lng samsung o lg h.p meron din branded pa yun monitor mo just my two cents lng.

PQ and durability wise, OK kaya ito? Any comments from Avision LCDTV owners?

Medyo misleading lang yung 1920x1080i na display resolution. there's no such thing as an interlaced LCD.  It actually means just 720p.

the 20" sony lcd looks gwapo, comes in diff colors, kaso medyo pricey.

meron display sa SnS nung Ovation and Avision. Try to audition it and check kung OK yung PQ and audio for you. if you want branded, samsung 22b350 now costs around 14k.

Napagkasya ko ang 50 inch sa napakaliit na TV room...and my wife is using a 32 inch as a second monitor on a very very narrow PC cabinet.   Im positive meron space for 32 inch in a clinic.

Your sister will foreverly be indebted to you for giving her the much much much better Xmas present than an Ovation...or for asking her to pay around 10K for a 20K item...or for making her patients in waiting less anxious by watching on a good sized TV.. SAYANG yung chance to get the best buy right now tutal she would be using that HDTV for many years.

last month i wanted to upgrade lcd sa room ko since i only have a generic 32...  wala na po ako makitang pana na 19500.. hehe but ngayon.. hindi nako maka upgrade.. no more money.. got the ovation for her na.. haha

Ganito mangyayari nyan, sa sobrang tuwa ni Sis Dentist, she will bring home the 32 incher and keep the 14 inch CRT sa clinic.  So in the end, she will indeed be very very very happy with your present.  Ikaw rin.

overall... for 8900... masaya nako..
