Ba't claimed sensitivity ng RB81 is 96db, pero as measured ng HTLabs ay 91db lang?
Measurement techniques vary significantly from maker to maker (and can sometimes even be different between model lines of the same maker), making comparisons of numbers between different brands unfruitful at times (to say the least).
In terms of sensitivity, some quote anechoic numbers, while others quote in-room values (the actual room specs and speaker positioning is often left unquoted). Some measure at 1 watt, whilst others stick to 2.83V. Some makers measure the entire audible range, others use a narrower band (like HTLabs), still others just measure at a certain frequency (like 1kHz or 2kHz). Some quote average sensitivity, others use weighted numbers, and there are even makers who just quote peak sensitivity values (whether in a constricted range, or not). Some measure from 1m (3.3 ft), others measure at 3ft, still others use 4ft and there are very few that use 2m.
