TV Schedule Update: What Solar aired on Friday at 3PM was the "Surviving Survivor" special; the 2-hour premiere aired from 4PM-6PM, so you may want to reset your DVRs. Not sure if next week will start at 3PM or 4PM.

The primetime replay, though, is at 10PM Friday, both on JackTV and on SolarTV, so it's no longer a one day wait for those without Destiny cable.

Yeah.  I'm getting tired of some of the players already.  I hope the next time they do something like this, they cast the ones who were not completely fleshed out in previous seasons.  Like Candice

This was the first week I tried to watch the "live" JackTV broadcast.

WOW, it's TERRIBLE. They air the usual 43-minute "commercial-free" version of the show, but insert commercials into the running program. In effect, you miss a few minutes of if the show as they air their STATION PLUGS. Not even actual commercials they generate revenue from.

That's one show I'm removing from my DVR's weekly timer. And they wonder why people prefer illegal downloads to watching on cable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the final tribal council. The shift in the look on Russell's face from when he first entered the area pretty sure he would win, to his final expression when he realized he would not be getting a single vote was priceless. He really looked shocked, bewildered and close to tears.

Then he was his usual cocky self again during the reunion, so he looked even more stupid.

Regarding Russell, for someone who has a good grasp of tribe dynamics, he doesn't understand that other people don't think like him when it gets time to vote for the winner.

He was absolutely right that he had to vote off Danielle to break her and Parvati up. Long term that would have been detrimental to him.

But on the flip side, he does not get that people don't like being voted off because for him, the winner (the one everyone should vote for) should be the one who made the best strategic moves. I assume (hope) that's who he'll vote for if ever he got in the jury.

It's strange because it's not his first time. Perhaps it could be forgiven once (though if you watch the show you should already know otherwise). But his second time around, he should have known better.
