Sarap umuwi galing work at magrelax! Can't wait to invite my colleagues and friends to come over for a videoke and movie night.

Nagrrattle lang sa harapang ceiling pag sobrang ma-bass at nakatodo lakas ang volume. I'll check it out next weekend. Parang hindi secured ang pagkakalagay ng projector or yung T5 lamps.

Tinest ko rin kung tatagos sa adjacent units yung sound, buti naman hindi. Wala naman silang reklamo kahit malakas ang volume.

Medyo maingay nga lang sa labas pag daytime. Ginagawa pa kasi yung ibang building at nagpaparenovate din yung ibang unit owners sa cluster ko.

Satisfied naman ako sa audio and video. It sounds better now. I'm not an audiophile but I like my current setup.

Overall, I'm satisfied sa naging layout at interior ng condo. It's almost the same as what I've imagined it to be six months ago.

if only we can live a life as simple as this but would have a pad as grand as your's brader...kongratz...

Sir, ganito ginawa nila:

Accessible pa rin sya just in case gusto ko magpalit or magdagdag ng cable sa likod ng LCDTV.

Dito naman nakatago yung mga wires at cables from LCDTV and receiver papuntang rear speakers, projector at PC.

Custom fabricated po ba ang wiring guide ninyo or ready made na ito?

T5 light I believe ang nasa likod po?

Yes sir, retractable yung sa upper part ng screen. Ganito itsura nya pag nakabukas.

T5 lights sa likod at yung wiring guide at paglagay ng cables ako na gumawa. Hindi kasi familiar yung electrician sa pagsetup ng HTPC at multi-channel speakers.

None sir. Despite of frequent late night movie watching and videoke party until 4am in the morning, I have not received any feedback or complaints from my neighbors.

I tried playing a movie and turned the volume up then I went to my neighbor in the adjacent unit. We could barely hear the sounds coming from my room.

I think the thick walls really help.

yeah concrete walls din yung division namin dito sa apartment. no complaints so far, i even asked my neighbors when i switched to full HT (avr + 5.1), i just had to seal the windows with boards with 1/4 inch foam. helped a lot
