how to input artist and album properties in FLAC files

Sirs, ask ko lang sana how to change the properties of FLAc files.... like the artist and album name. cant change them in my PC by normal method like mp3's... thanks

If you're using foobar2000, right click all the tracks of the album on the playlist then tagging>get tags from freedb.
