how to fix underscan overscan on lcdtv using htpc?

i have windows 7 and windows xp installed in my htpc

on both os i cant get them right on an avision 42" 1080p lcd tv

my htpc has a 9800gt... can anyone please help?

Is there an option to ZERO underscan/overscan within Nvidia menu?  ATI's CCC for sure has it.

Any options within the Avision menu that describe something like "just scan" or "dot to dot" or "1 to 1" or "point to point"?

sir.. sa nvidia po.. options niya lang po is up down left right.. bali lilipat yung screen kung saan mo point.. but hindi po lumiliit or lumalaki..

sa avision naman meron option na zoom... 1:1 or 16:9.. mga ganun pero kahit 1:1... hehe may konting area parin di nakikita.. hehe
