Can anyone remember that tourney? Sponsored ng Mcdonalds yun

I think of Pippen then as the ultimate complementary player, he was the perfect foil to His Airness.

on a game of 3 on 3 who do you think would win?

Jordan                        Wade                  Kobe
Pippen              Vs       Lebron       Vs      Artest
Rodman                      Bosh                   Gasol

;D

for me its very close between heat and the bulls.  :)

MJ Vs.  D-Wade = MJ low post then hits a fadeaway jump shot over wade
Pip Vs. Lebron   = Lebron beats pip by a step then slams it home
Worm Vs. Bosh  =  Bosh will have to win this one from the perimeter

80k USD is equivalent to 3.6 M Php  :o siguro season tickets na to bro  :)

Miami needs a bigger stadium ala Pacquiao Clottey stadum, sa dallas ba yun?

Interesting talaga NBA ngayon, lumalabas sino talaga yung mga ok na basketball team/club, parang focus sila ngayon on the team than the player. Teams would build around their system rather than the player. i dont know if that makes sense  ;D

my opinion, several similarities but perhaps being better depends on the perspective of people..

on the defensive end, i feel pip is better than jordan but on the offensive side, jordan has a lot of moves and moves faster and dribbles better than pip although i will always believe jordan will never be jordan without pip

siguro nga. pero nung nasa cali pa ako, tas premiere game nuon, say Lakers vs Bulls nung panahon pa ni MJ, e ringside seats daw halos $20k (syempre sa mura lang ako). e mid 90s pa yun, so baka di ren farfetched na per game yun hehehe  ;D

i agree with you and naiintindihan naman kita. tingin ko rin na teams should build around their system than building around players.
players are expendable.look at cleveland. they built everything around lbj, sabay umalis.nasa kangkungan tuloy ang mga loko  ;D

yeah sa dallas yun bro, yung cowboys stadium.

just read this article about GQ's interview with Lebron

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/basketball/nba/08/17/lebron.gq.ap/index.html?eref=sihp

This passage strikes me as unusual

But perhaps his sharpest words were reserved for Gilbert, the owner who lashed out at him shortly after James announced that he would be joining the Heat.

"I don't think he ever cared about LeBron," James is quoted as saying. "My mother always told me: 'You will see the light of people when they hit adversity. You'll get a good sense of their character.' Me and my family have seen the character of that man."

Lebron likes to talk about himself in the 3rd person. Now, they used to view Kobe as a very narcissistic person but Lebron really brings it to another level. Just imagine Kobe referring to himself as Kobe or Jordan referring to himself as Michael or MJ or Jordan.

I think Lebron's just a kid stuck in a grown man's body pushed into a grown man's world. He needs to mature pa emotionally and mentally.
