A league source confirmed moments ago that Delonte West, the former Celts guard is prepared to sign a free-agent deal with Boston. . . . According to a source, West will sign a non-guaranteed contract and will be on hand when the team begins camp this fall.


But I recall suspended yata sya for his first 10 games.

haha. Madali lang to broder pao. Pagandahan lang ang average/total stats ng mga players that you drafted. Para kang GM. You can trade, drop or pick up players sa free agency. Sali na! ;D

anyone ever noticed how all these middling players (guys like kristic,mark gasol,etc) suddenly morph into quasi all stars in the fiba tournament?  ::)

pagbalik sa nba balik na naman sa pagiging middle of the road.  ;D

must be the system and familiarity with their countrymen, i suppose.

Team USA is being tested again, and by the Russians at that!  Just a 5-point US lead at the half. The Russians are exploiting the US' poor frontline. It's Durant who's keeping them in step.

US 70-56 end of 3Q. Looks like they're now in control. But it was a different story in the first half. Russia was in control until middle of the 2Q.

Team USA's defense has really improved over the course of the tournament.  But their real strength is their open court game.  And of course, Kevin Durant - my bet for next season's MVP.  :)  Good to see Lamar Odom contribute too while playing off his natural position.  Double-double today.

A US-Turkey Final is fitting - Turkey may be the underdogs but they'll have virtually the entire arena on their side.  Let's see how the US can adjust to that.  KD will also be a marked man.
