A great comeback by the Knicks after losing to the lowly Cavs the other day.
Chauncey proved they have their own version of the Big 3.  ;)

and who says chauncey doesn't want to play... hehe he is still mr. big shot... i don't want to be no.4 or even no.3 sa east NY is though when they are allowed to score... kung sino man makakatapat sa play offs nito in the first round will be tested...

Melo & Amare playing tough D, Chauncey turning back the hands of time with that incredible sequence: an off balance running shot, a steal & a triple from way beyond the line & a pair of stars on the rise - Shawne Williams & Bill Walker.

NY fans may have something to look forward to next season.

Troy Murphy opts to sign with Boston, while Bibby will reportedly join Miami. The arms race continues...  I think Murphy might get more playing time off the bench than Green eventually. Bibby is definitely an upgrade over Arroyo, and is playoff-tested. But his defense (esp against the likes of Rondo, Rose or Billups) will be a problem.
We deserve better.

malaking tulong di ito to who ever gets him... sayang lang talaga di nabigyan ng break sa ibang team and di nabigyan ng slot sa NY.

Jeff Green will spare Pierce in guarding Lebron. Pag nakuha pa si Corey Brewer, he can spare Ray in guarding Kobe.

I don't know what the fuzz is all about with Troy Murphy. He is not a defensive player, worst he is soft!

Some of Boston's plays with KG and Big Baby are baseline and wing jumpshots coming from Rondo passes. Murphy is a good jump shooter so he will have no problem with these plays. This is the reason also they got Kristic since he shoots the jump shot well. And off course Murphy is a proven strong rebounder where ever he went so he will really be of great help. Though I agree it will still boil down to how the 2 o' neals contribute come play off time.

agree on the observation, murphy is a solid rebounder and have a nice touch on the outside, murphy's presence will have rondo an option when he drives, the defense will stretch. oh and yes another bigman 6 fouls to use. and also Cs must pry murphy away from miami. so its a must that they got him even if they dont use him

corey brewer is a starter in minny, im sure he was given plenty of PT, he is just inconsistent

is this kristic the star player of greece? I recall watching a game and was able to watch him, from what I saw, he is a good player, nice touch from the outside for a big man.

James and Wade are on fire today. Can they win without the rest of the team? The Magic is slowly catching up.

For someone who is arguably the best player in the NBA, parang isa lang yata ang game winner ni Lebron.  Even si Paul Pierce who may not be in his class....eh mas marami pa!

Heat's next 4 games - Spurs, Bulls, Blazers & the Lakers.
These 4 teams are all 7-3 (W-L) during their last 10 games.

They have to find an escape goat. Could Spoelstra's job be in jeopardy now?

+1.
In the case of the Celtics, when their Big 3 was asked years ago on who among them would take the game winner, both KG & PP answered "Ray". Ray on the other hand answered "the open man".

For the Heat, IMO, D-Wade would be the better option among them. He has done it a couple of times. But I guess the opposing teams know this.  ;D

What a big collapse.  James 29 pts and Wade 28 pts but didn't matter as  Wade was 0 for 4 in the fourth, James 0 for 2. Combined in the second half, they were 3 for 13, all by LBJ.  LBJ had the chance to tie with a wide open shot but he blew it.  As I keep saying, good players pile up stats but legends make the big shots. They close out games and dominate.   Jordan, Bird, Magic have proven this time and again. Kobe has done it for LA countless times.  Lebron?  Madami pa kakainin.  In due time, maybe he will.

Miami's lazy defense was the cause of their demise. How many open looks did the three point shooters of Orlando got? 4 by Richardson, 2 by Habachi, 1 by QRich and so on. drive and dish plus high pick and roll and ginawa ng Orlando repeatedly and the Heat wasnt able to adjust and stop the offense of the Magic for the entire 2nd half.  Funny but they have two of the best "take over" guys in the NBA in Wade and James but they took over in the first half and went AWOL in the second.

Riley was in the stands and from the look of his face he wanted to jump down the sidelines and coach.
