I know what you mean.  Yan din ang observation ko sa tagal ko ng Laker fan.  Parang scripted lagi!  Ang feeling ko nga ( feeling lang ha.. ) tumatataya tong si Phil Jax sa kalaban, bago mag champion.  Tayo naman mga fans, lagi naiinis, kinakabahan tapos natutuwa din ;D  Kaya this year, relax na lang ako ;D

Seriously, I think a rematch between Lakers and OKC would be exciting to watch.  Last year, they almost got beat by this team.  It's a young, energetic talented team.  And I like Westbrook and of course, Durant Durant.

Like I said, you need to watch other teams. Teams, hindi players. And I don't think a team need to shut down Kobe to win. They may be even better off letting him score at will ;D

so who will guard kobe? afflalo or jr smith?? how about putting chandler who i think is a better defender..
and who are we shutting down..nene...we will limit nene's touches...alryt!!
oh i forgot we have bynum....i hope hes not injured..a single coverage for nene will do...it will be blow out gmes after blowout games if ever we face the nugs in rd1..if ever they make the playoffs.. :D

Celtics did it with Perkins who is far from dominant.

un ang exciting he he he... alanganing manalo o matalo... un ang suspense doon... aabangan ko sa playoffs ang heat... manalo matalo okay lang... meron pa naman akong second team - Spurs...

ayaw ko Lakers because of Kobe
ayaw ko na rin Celtics because of Garnett

gusto ko ang heat because of LJ he he he
gusto ko ang spurs because of Duncan

During their 2008 Playoffs when Boston won the crown, Perkins averaged 12 rebounds, 12 points, 3 block shots in almost 40 minutes per game.  Pretty good numbers if you ask me. Especially when you play with the Big 3.  
Perkins IS a force.  That's why OKC got him, in preparation for the playoffs again.  

On the other hand, who has Miami got aside from Z?  The other big men are Dampier, Magloire & Joel Anthony.  Bosh is a PF.  Well, you can always say they also have a big 3 but then again, butas pa rin ang gitna.

Yah, this is the more accurate statistics.  I was looking at the next year when the Lakers won.  But still, I think Perkins is more a reliable center compared to Z.  Might not score too much but still a force nonetheless.  And when you play with the big 3, Garnett Allen and Pierce and hirap talagang mag pile up ng personal stats ;D.

Hahaha!  Kala ko ba ang tanong teams who were champions w/o a dominating center.  Boston certainly qualifies.
