In terms of length, OKC matches up well with the LAkers. Perkins may not be a "dominant" center, but he clogs the middle just the same. A tall, bulky wide body that can hold the fort against bigger players and driving oppenents.
Portland, well, LA struggles with them. I dunno why, but I'd rather face OKC than Portland. If Roy is 100% and with Gerald Wallace starting to blend in nicely, Portland will be a dark horse in the West.
Kobe, Kobe, Kobe. It's just me, the ball and the rim as far as Kobe goes. But it's stupid to think that way about the man knowing that no one player actually wins a title. And Kobe has 5 rings to prove that being labeled a "volume" shooter or a ball hog makes no difference when you're hoisting the trophy at the end of the season.
