The Spurs just signed Da'Sean Butler. After Manu, Parker, Hill, Blair, Splitter, Neal, Anderson and Novak. Another sleeper for the Spurs? I hope the Spurs will invest on a few good men, a few good big's, the 7-footers, in the future.

^ And Ginobili appears to have sustained an injury. Parang binibigyan pa ng pag-asa ang LA for the top West seed ah... But with around 10 or so games to go, I guess this is a long shot. LA also appears to have the tougher sked down the stretch (DAL, DEN, OKC, POR and SAS games coming up).

Baka lang kasi the Spurs want to drop to the 2nd seed to avoid Memphis, who seems to match up with them well.

4 games difference na lang between LA and SA with 9 games remaining for both (LA won today against NO) including a rematch. They way LA is playing I think they have a huge chance of snatching the best record. As for the Spurs, maybe its a blessing somewhat that the injuries hit them during the regular season and not during the playoffs. Imagine if this happend during the playoffs and they drop 3 games..sayang effort nila for the entire year.

Tony Parker is also down with an injury (bruised patella) and is not going to play at least today. Pop says he's not sure if Parker can return on Thursday vs. Boston. But I believe the Spurs' Big 3 will be back on Thursday since it's a big game.
