Last time LA was down 0-2 despite having home court advantage was in 1977 daw vs. POR. Siyempre that ended in their elimination.

Kung di rin lang LA sa Finals, OKC na lang!  Ok din MIA-OKC.
We deserve better.

Game 1 was a won game for LA, until those 3 errors in the closing seconds.  LA even led by 16 points!  In Game 2, I was hoping maganda ang adjustment ng LA but it was Dallas who adjusted marvelously.  Wow.

Well, LA pala hasn't lost two consecutive playoff games since 2008 Finals when they lost to Boston.  They didn't win the Finals either then.  And eto pa mas masakit na stat - only three NBA teams have come back to win a best-of-seven series after losing the first two at home :o

Scary scary.

ps. suspended ba si artest?

this Lakers loss will now allow me to root for a Thunder-Bulls finals.. pwede rin underdog finals between Memphis-Atlanta.. ;D

I'd even root for the Celtics if the Lakers lose.. any team but the Heat.. ;D

Eto gusto ko.  I think the only team that can match Miami's athleticism is an equally young and talented team like OKC.

Looking at the games now, it's clear that YOUTH is prevailing over EXPERIENCE.  Except for Dallas, those hanging tough right now are made up of young players.

Kung matatanggal ang LA, kaswerte naman ng Miami ;D

I hate Lebron,...
Hindi ko makalimutan attitude nya towards sa coach nya before,
he is a good player, but hindi pa rin sya ang pinakamagaling...
I like to see them eat dust in the end...

We have yet to see LBJ perform in down to the wire finishes.
He was the main go to guy when he was with the Cavs, now he doesnt feel that much pressure with WADE by his side.
The Celtics havent gave the Heat enough challenge in the past 2 games.
The HEAT won convincingly so its up for Boston to regroup in their homecourt and challenge the Heat to play pressure packed games.

havent had the chance to watch any of the games and i was just thinking LBJ have been carrying the load, so for the two won games, its Wade that is creating damage for the Celts?

Actually madaming Dallas fans.  May following ang Dallas even for young kids.  Yun nga lang di nagpapasok ng finals kaya quiet talaga.

--

As for Lakers and Boston, they are both in MUST WIN GAMES for almost the next remaining games they have.  If not, goodbye.  Pero kung PBA to, pwede pang 3rd place ang labanan nila hahahah.

this might even be a good chance for the Mavs, they have been knocking at the door for so many times isnt it? the line up they have currently might be the best chance to get them to the championship or the championship itself. Being ahead 2 games to none, its a pity if the Mavs would lose it still.

this game is done.. and probably the series.. I'm a Laker fan but they haven't changed their game from the regular season unlike the previous years.. Gasol 's nowhere to be found in these playoffs.. So are Artest and Odom.. there's no help from the bench.. down 0-2 going to your opponents home court is tough.. doable but tough.. and the way LA is playing, I wouldn't get my hopes up..

what happenned to gasol? this maybe the worst season for him donning the laker uniform.

id love to see this, any would do, OKC-MIA or OKC-CHI

should be a very fast paced series, rose versus wade or rose versus westbrook

and off course Durant versus lbj

WADE  38 + 28= 66
LBJ      22 + 35= 57

both seems to be unstoppable in this series.

Actually it is not the end yet for LA.. if they lose game 3 then that'll be the end of them.. Remember, DAL also led 2-0 in the finals against Miami right? (tama ba ko???)

As for my Boston, I'm still hoping they can still recover from this hole and put an end to this so called new big 2 este 3 pala..  ;D

All is not yet lost! There is light at the end of the tunnel.. Celtics-Bulls in the eastern conf. finals!  ;D

not only the championship but no team has come back from a 0-3 deficit and win the series.

No team has ever come back from a 3-0 deficit in a playoff series. The 1951 New York Knickerbockers, the 1994 Denver Nuggets, and the 2003 Portland Trailblazers came back from a 3-0 deficit to tie the series at 3-3, but neither won their respective Game 7.

Eight teams, however, have rallied back from a 3-1 deficit. Those include:
1968 Boston Celtics
1970 LA Lakers
1979 Washington Bullets
1981 Boston Celtics
1995 Houston Rockets
1997 Miami Heat
2003 Detroit Pistons
2006 Phoenix Suns

Many more teams have come back from a 2-0 deficit, but that is much more common.

Looks like the Lakers-Celtics rubber match will be postponed
(a) by at least 2 games, or
(b) by one generation

Lakers still has a chance, we all know that.  It takes only 1 win on game 3 and they're back.  But they shouldn't have been in this hole in the first place.  They should have won game 1 and they should have even the series man lang.  We all know that LA is capable of a comeback.  But heading to Dallas, down 0-2, Lakers need a great comeback indeed.  Oh well, that's the NBA for you...
