sir loemarly, i have been expressing my dislike with LBJ but this time my congrats to you and Miami, and in this series, hands down i will bat for the Heat here, Wade, LBJ nad Bosh have more supueriro expereince than CHI. We will see this time if Rose would carry his MVP jersey, this is the toughest grind now.

Thanks bro Onkyo! :D also, ok lang yung kay LBJ kasi i'm not really a fan of him but I'm a big fan of DWade. I'm also a big critic of LBJ but somehow he proved me wrong specially sa game 4 & 5 with his clutch shooting.

I actually really like DRose. only problem i have with the Bulls is that it's like LBJ and the Cavs all over again or Iverson-Sixers. one consistent player and the rest is bahala na kung sino tutulong kay DRose.

I agree with this. it also takes away the worthiness of your other players. as i've said, that trade was a big factor but not THE ONLY factor. Even the players and Doc Rivers doesn't look at their loss that way.

Of course nobody from the C's would say that.   ;D  It's tantamount to saying your boss screwed up.  Without the trade we will never know if Boston could win it all.  So it would all be pure speculation.

But with the trade, Boston was booted out.  It's a fact.  So the trade was indeed a failure because you make a trade for the purpose of winning it all.

Nag-apologize si LBJ,..?

I like what Chris Webber said,
Mag-apologize ka kung nasa syo na ang trophy,
for now, better shut up and play...

Wala pa man din ay nagsasalita na sya...

Hindi pa tapos ang laban nya, its just starting...

Really hate that guy...

who is Chris Webber or anyone for that matter to say when LBJ can apologize? at least he was humble enough to admit that he was wrong. For LBJ, he just feels like he needs to apologize. Ain't no one can tell him when or in what situation he can do this.

did he say "Right now that we're sure of winning the NBA Championship, I apologize to Cleveland blah, blah, blah" ? he didn't even say that. He just wants to apologize, is there something wrong with that?

Come to think of it, Coach Thib could have made a big difference if he was still in the Celtics bench. Maybe even a bigger factor than the Perkins trade, Rondo injury and the aging big three.

I can't seem to find a nice link wherein Obama told Doc Rivers
about the big mistake he made about Tom,...

i know, sir. I just feel like the hate is just too much. I do hate LBJ in some degree although na lessen nung pumunta sya ng Heat.

it's just i'm wondering how or why people hate someone for apologizing?

Hahaha

I was, lalo na nung lumipat sya sa HEAT,
sabi ko, wow, powerhouse ang Miami ngayon,
kaya lang as the season progresses, and true colors
ng so-called "KING" ay lumabas, nawalan ako ng gana
sa team na yun, hindi marunong igalang ang coach,
maybe because he consider himself/themselves superstars...

I'd stick with the other team....

Cheers....

the BULLS just showed why they are deserving to win it all this year.
They played very good defense on their opposing teams.

just 73 for ATL in game 6? no contest. the BULLS are definitely the winner here.

let's see how their defenses will work on the BIG 3 of Miami.
i'd love to see LBJ drbbling off his foot against the Bulls' stonewall defense come crunch time.
Gee yoU aRe yoU!

Aside from the Lakers losing, one thing that I missed a lot is the loss of BTV. I normally follow the replay on TV after work but since Channel 23 doesn't air replays regularly, somethings missing.

It's but fitting that the two tormentors of the erstwhile champions Lakers and Boston meet in the finals.  Dallas beat back to back champion Lakers and Heat beat 2008 champion Boston.  So MAVS vs HEAT should be the finale here.

Doc Rivers, Celtics agree on new deal

Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers isn't done chasing titles.

President of basketball operations Danny Ainge announced on Friday that the Celtics and Rivers have agreed to a five -year contract extension.

The value of the contract is believed to be more than $6 million per year, a source told ESPN The Magazine's Ric Bucher on Thursday night.

Told Thursday that the sides were talking about a new deal, players were happy.

"If we're moving forward next year and trying to win a championship, he's one of the main pieces," Paul Pierce said.

Rivers, who completed his seventh season in Boston this year, and the Celtics won a championship in 2008 and came up just short in 2010. The lost in the conference semifinals to the Heat in five games this season.

Kudos to the OKC coaching staff making adjustments in game 4 and 5, seeing that the Grizz are one of the worst 3 point shooting teams in the league they decided to really pack the shaded lane and contain and contest Zebo and Gasol.
It's like saying if you beat us with your shooting, that will be fine with us...

Though this is early and Memphis has shown they can rally even to the last minute its looking like the Dallas-OKC matchup in the west is getting clearer...
