LJ hurt his legacy by changing teams, that is a fact. he can (and will probably will barring injuries) win multiple championships but any ring he wears with miami will be tainted by the fact that he left Cleveland and teamed up with 2 other superstars (esp. with wade, who isn't a 4 or a 5).

nevertheless, LJ also feared his legacy will be tainted should he have stayed in cleveland and not win a single ring (e.g., miller, malone).

faced with these 2 choices LJ thought it was better to get a ring with superstars than be the only superstar and not get a ring.

IMHO, it was too early for him to press the panic button. he's just what, 26, 27, he will have plenty of chances to win.

anyways, im rooting for the mavs, the heat can win next year (halos sure na yan next year, maybe as sure as this year nga hahaha, but still..), just give nowitzki his damn ring. last chance na eh.

There are many list of the greatest power forwards in the NBA but I tend to agree on this one:

http://aol.sportingnews.com/nba/story/2005-07-08/best-all-time-power-forwards

I agree with most in the list... how can we forget the greatness of McHale and his variety of low post moves. It just needs updating since it was written in 2005, and the comment on KG was "never been there" we'll we all know now he was there...

Lahat role players.
Last 2006 i routed for Miami and Wade.

jason terry, peja s., s.marion even barea and jason kidd- all can provide scoring support for dirk any given night.

well, i can say the same thing for the Heat. the big three (or 2 and a half depending on one's opinion) even accepted a pay cut for them to be able to play together even though they can get maximum contracts with other teams. UD rejected huge offers from other teams and even gave way from being a starter.

you can't say Mavs lang willing mag sacrifice kasi teams won't be able to reach the finals if the didn't sacrifice anything.

i meant sacrifice in the context of the game, playing time, starting rotation etc. hindi sa kontrata.

lets see tomorrow how they matchup. ano strats ng coaches.

Interesting turn of discussion, about PFs. There's not too much discussion about the 4 spot.
Here are some PFs who have won the MVP award. Anong opinion niyo mga boys...

Duncan: underrated
Malone: overrated
Garnett: ?
Nowitzki: ?
Barkley: ?
tim duncan-gets the job done without much funfare
malone:stockton made him look good
garnett:chest thumping
nowitzki:best non american player in the nba ever for me
barkley:undersized

Ok I think halos lahat tayo lumaki playing basketball maski umuulan.

i think he has enough trust with his teammates and his coach. the one that he doesn't trust is the organization. kung wala sya trust sa mga kakampi nya hindi naman ganun kataas yung assist average ni LBJ and one reason kung bakit umalis sya ng Cleveland also is when the Cavs fired coach Mike Brown. If he didn't trust his coach back then he wouldn't agree with the Lakers signing Mike Brown as their new head coach.

depends on your basis and perspective, people who are varsity players would have a different view, people who are defense oriented would have a different view and so are the offense oriented, setting and changes in ruling, supporting cast, evolution of the game would all influence the choice of who is the greatest, it really depends on who chooses, suffice to say, they are all great and its hard to say who is the greatest

at some point i would say allan caidic is better is than some of the superstar in the NBA. Now see what i mean, you are all raising your eyebrows, like i said, depends really on perspective ;D ;D

di naman ngayon lang nangyari yung lipatan ng mga stars para mgakasama sama di ba? siguro talag lang masyadong maraming naiinis sa ugali ni LBJ isa na ako duon but come to think of it, lahat naman sila naghahabol ng championship kaya may nag papatrade, may lumilipat sa malakas na team at ibang diskarte

during the heat championship, Wade, Shaq, Mourning, Walker lahat tun superstar di ba

ano ba talaga basehan ng isang magaling na basketball players all time best player... rings? stats? or combination ring and stats?

Lebron, Wade at Dirk...
