Pippen is one of the most versatile players off all time. Even if he has an off night offensively, you still don't take him out off the ballgame. He can still impact the game in different aspects.

yes Pippen is like FILL IN THE BLANKS coz he can play multiple positions.

Congrats sa MAVS - classic basketball at it's best!

A bit of pop psychology but I think the reason that Lebron chokes is that he grew up without a father figure. He never really developed the stern backbone that comes from having two parents.

Anyway, here's a great article on how Dirk works on his game on the offseason.

What can I say, totoo pala ang kasabihan “Victory has a thousand fathers, but defeat is an orphan.” Biglang dumami 'yung experts at critics nun natalo Miami. But when Miami was rolling, konti lang post. Ngayong natalo, kakaunti na lang din nagtatanggol. ::)

i think kahit nung nanalo madami pa ding nag post, nagkataon lang talaga na LBJ attracts much attention. im one of those na ayaw sa kanya but during the bulls series, i was brave enough to admit i am having a change of mind about him because he has really played well in all 4th quarters of that series very far from how he was prior to that. I was expecting that during the championship, he will finally silence all his critics but that did not happen. To my recollection, he is the only player of that talent and skills that plays the worst when the game matters most. This is just my opinion and is surely based on how i see things. The games that they won were not even caused by him but by wade and bosh.

at the end of the day, unless LBJ change his attitude, i guess haters will chase him all his life like a shadow.

if changing his attitude is not feasible, only one way to silence his critics, win a championship

To my recollection, he is the only player of that talent and skills that plays the worst when the game matters most.

I think that's what irritates SOME fans about LBJ. Because of the hype and the games where he has shown his brilliance, fans want to see if he really is the best ever. Players with the complete package don't come often, and LBJ seems to have been given the gift. So when in the biggest stage he crumbles, it just sucks to watch it happen. Like going to a movie that everyone recommends only to find out it blows.

The other reason of course is that it's fun to see someone who is overconfident eat his words.  ;)

Browsed some Miami Heat forums....

1. Lots of heat fans are suggesting spoelstra be replaced
2. Some blame lebron for the hate that befell the team
3. Some suggests a trade for either lebron or bosh....to get another all star who can fit
4. Others suggest to have lebron psycho analyzed by the team

Agree with points 2 to 4, especially 4. With respect to point 2, I think most fans just hate LBJ's guts and not the entire team. Ilgauskas seems like a nice guy.  :) Point 3 is something the Heat should seriously consider. Bosh is the ideal trade piece. Doubt if the Heat would want to give up Lebron, despite all the negativity he brings to the franchise.  Other teams would love to have his talents too, but he needs some serious repackaging if ever he gets traded again.

We deserve better.

Too busy to watch the NBA Finals and just update myself via reading online. But, I read somewhere na LBJ started crapping himself in a pivotal game where Wade gave him a good scolding in one of the Finals games and he wasnt the same since then. I think Bill Simmons wrote about it. He said it was maybe too much for Lebron to handle such a public humiliation by a teammate, in front of national tv.

That would be very unlikely. But if it did happen, I would imagine MJ or Kobe would go on a 30 pt shooting spree just to shut their teammate up.  ;)

Disbeliever na din ako ni LeBron. In my mind I gave him the chance to redeem himself and the best time to do that was the last game of the finals. Ok lang sa 'kin na cocky sya, pero there is no excuse for the way he played during the finals. He let us down. As I said if Coach Spo will still be the head coach of Miami next season, I will still root for them...and of course the team where Steve Nash plays.
