blu-ray region

i have a friend who's going to singapore.  i wanted to order some blu-ray titles but i don't know the region used in singapore.  anybody here knows the blu-ray region of singapore so i may know if the titles would play on my player.

Same region as the Philippines - Region A

A Singaporean BD will not be a problem, since it's also Region A.

What you should worry about is the censorship on Singaporean video releases.  That one is going to be harder to figure out.  ;).
