I have some issues regarding believability (I don't know how anybody can get a marriage license without the knowledge of the person you're supposed to marry.[/spoiler])and some of the dialogue. But other than that, I enjoyed the living piss out of this film.

Same thoughts actually... the irregular marriage license would make the marriage void ab initio for lack of consent of the other party (and I don't think that that is fixable by subsequent consent). But yeah, I did enjoy the film too.

One thing that's bothering me about it though:

During the credits I spotted the part where it says "Based on the script by..."

This reminded me about this notorious rumor I keep hearing about ABS-CBN/Star Cinema. It goes a little something like this:

So the studio gets these interns/wannabes/hopefuls to write/submit their screenplays with the promise of giving them their first big break. The studio subsequently shoots these stories down and sends these hopefuls home. But then they get name writers/directors to do some rewrites on the submitted scripts then voila! Instant movie.

I repeat, it's only a rumor, but I'd like to hear the thoughts from insiders here.
