Kumuha ako ng measy player yesterday. When I turn it on my LG LD460 displays FULL HD PLAYER. Tapos after mga 10 seconds, nagbla-blackout na yung screen ang displays NO SIGNAL. I tried using other HDMI cables and inputs pero ganun pa rin. Pero kung RCA yung connection ko, the measy works naman.

Ano kaya problem nito? May naka-experience na ba sa inyo ng ganito? I hope hindi naman ito compatibility issue with the LG TV.

Anyway, garfield said he will replace the unit na lang.

Go to setup and check your video (should be same with your TV settings) and connection setting. Hope this help. :-)

Try nyo i-set ung display output ng MEASY to HDMI auto and i-disable nyo ung 1080 24P. As Ive learn from the spec of your LCD di sya nakakapag display ng 1080 24p... just give it a try.

I was checking the video settings ng measy last night, yung HDMI AUTO na selection was in color grey. Kumbaga, hindi siya selectable. Yung ibang options lang yung pwede ko i-click. Is it the same for your measy unit?

Guy's have you tried connecting your Measy sa HDMI input ng receivers ( for my case Onkyo 606) via pass through?  While playing MKV files with 1080P resolution, and setting measy at 1080P (50hz or 60hz) nagiging snowy yung movie. Never had problems like that using my wdtv live. I tried setting the measy's resolution to 720p and other lower setting and movies went back to normal although at a lower resolution.....

Good evening, guys. Hi Garfield / Gary, I think you'll be able to help me. I updated the firmware to 8.5 but it disabled my audio for some reason. I'm hoping that by downgrading to 6.23 I can solve this problem. Before kasi, when I had the lower version, the audio was working fine. Please help me.

Check on your LCD if it support full 1080p hd. I've experience that snowy when connecting the hdmi directly to an lcd that is not Full HD supported.

I'm one of the owner of Cinematube and to tell you honestly i was disappointed
because the BT feature is not working properly. Lahat ng FW version may bugs.
It's poorly made.

Now, I want to buy measy E8HD, is the BT feature here is stable enough?
Is there a continuous FW development? and what is the best FW version
on E8HD? Sorry po madaming tanong kasi nadala ako sa Cinematube. My money
went to the trash bin with Cinematube. Where is your store located?

hi garfield, i have a similar problem where hdd is not recognized and not showing in file manager.  all other function: ok.  fw is 8.5 and bought in manila but the unit is now in japan.  hdd is wd 500gb and tested ok when slaved in a desktop

When you try direct connect the HDMI cable to your LED TV. Snowy pa ba?

For now fw 6.23aw is more stable. The new fw 8.5 still have bugs. You can PM me reg purchase.

Hi Gary,

I was able to resolve the "handshake" issue with the measy and LG LD460. The TV kasi could not detect the measy if connected through HDMI kahit na anong gawin ko sa video settings. I'd like to share how I did it baka may buyers ka rin that might experience the same problem with their LG TVs.

Instead of changing the video settings, I changed the audio settings in measy to output in HDMI instead of SPDIF. After that, na detect na ng TV yung player. Weird lang kung bakit yung audio settings ang kelangan i-change para makita yung video. I think this is a bug in FW and I hope ma-resolve ito in the future FWs.

If you want to output the sound in optical cable, just change the audio setting again to SPDIF and you can connect it na to your AV receiver.
