bogart - sir your movie folders should contain the necessary pics (parang album art ng itunes). i think you can download them off the web. my hdisk came with those na kasi.

I'm all set na with the thumbnails, but I can't get the posters to go full screen like dun sa screenshots mo.

Another thing I noticed with the new FW, nawala ung File Manager and when you shift views to either preview or list, babalik ulit sa thumbnail when you go back to the main menu

I would also like to know if TP-Link (TL-WN722N) is compatible with the unit. If not what is the brand or type I need to purchASE and also would like the instructions to set it up.

ah ok, thought you didn't have the pics yet. sorry sir, no idea, yung sakin kasi i just have folders (ex 27 Dresses), tapos inside the folder are 3 files (sometimes 2) - 1 is the movie itself, then the other 2 files are the pictures

I think this issue can be easily fixed with a firmware update. A PC's bios is set up whether you want it to turn on on power resume or not.

My wife is starting to hate the new FW coz it does not memorize which file display setting you last out it to.

Maybe if a new firmware comes up hehe.

I'll let the MEasy people know those bugs and they will fix it hopefully asap. But they do fix it naman. Thanks for the write ups.

I was hoping that this power on/standby when power is out is already considered on V8.95R but it wasn't.
I already mentioned on the earlierr post..... dissapointing. I was really wandering if meassy is testing firmware thouroughly before they released it. Ive still encountered many lags and hang-ups and user setting problems as it will go back to default if turned of for this NMT.

I can understand why this is not thought of, I presume other countries do not experience power outages as much as we do therefore they do not immediately consider the power on standby issue.

Hopefully on the next FW update they will fix more of the issues.

We should patiently wait as this is not a big known company like WD or some others. Lets just wait, eventually, I think they will solve the issues bit by bit.

Yup..I experience that too in 8.95R. If u want to go back 6.23aw firmware. give me your email add.

download and extract all files in a flash drive root directory. Plug it in your unit then go to setup...system...system upgrade...it will automatically upgrade and boot twice.

Viola..That's it.

I'm from Europe from Hungary. I need some help. I both a media player from China with 8.95r firmware.The BT dosen't work. I think it will be OK. with 6.23aw,but I can't take back again.
If somebody know it please help me.

Not quite..It should be a realtek chipset dongle.
