yun din ang duda ko na di nabura ang files. best if nasilip sa pc yung hdd. whew! at least ok pa ang mga files. so, sir garfield, mukhang ito ang weakness ng measy? paano pag ganyan, buong unit ang ipapadala sa China tapos intayin ng owner kung kelan ang balik? wala bang service unit?

Its not weakness ng measy...ganon talaga sa electronics may sumasablay. So far in total sales of measy, statistically only 0.02 % lang damage or return goods. So that is far less than 1% defective.
So we can't say it is the weakness of Measy.
Regarding defective unit. If less than a month purchase usually change unit agad. If after a month purchased, we try to fix it locally. If not, takes a month the most to replace (send pa to China).
Regarding service unit, if talaga matatagalan. We can borrow unit to client.
