Upload link FW 9.02 (Revised)

http://hotfile.com/dl/112095764/21abdce/install.img.html

NOTE: In this FW, Subtitle only works if you had a SRT file together with the movie in a folder. Otherwise If you only have a movie (with built-in subtitle), it won't work. BT direct download not working.

Wait for new FW coming out...

Hi Garfield, thank you for the link. I was thinking to upgrade to the 9.03 and, in case to downgrade from there to 6.23AW.

Do you know if, at the end of the process, the webserver will be at 8081 port?
Thank you

Hi garfield03 (The good ghost of this threat here),

Thank you for givimg all the people here the chance to download all the firmwares.

As a Thank you to you, if you contact me per pm, I will give you an invitation code for www.demonoid.me
This is the biggest download-webpage on earth, now only for invited members.

If anybody from MEasy read this:
How can you be so amateurish and just shut your server off? You should at least still give the people a chance to contact your down section or do what prof. companies do and place always copies of your firmwares on public servers.

Place the file in a flash drive root directory. Plug into Measy USB slot. Then in the menu go to setup n look for USB upgrade.

Some usefull tips for HD movie fans.

If you experience problems with copying big files to memory sticks, then download the freeware TERACOPY. It use the windows cache memory intelligent, and it is much faster as the normal copy of windows.

But the main advantage is that it does not stop in middle of the copy and reread the memory card new.

Hi garfield03,

Firmware 9.02 (R)

how can I change now the file list mode to standard view iwthout thumbnails? If I have very long file names, then is it difficult to see which file it is. And I do not want always have a preview with sound. It is annyoing.

MEasy should give options to show the preview in the thumbnails without sound, or completly noshow.
And it should use the full size of 1920 for its file listing. I think that they are waisting a lot of space for file names.

After installing 9.03, the version info still shows 9.02.
I did not notice anything different fron 9.02

The much needed (and previously available) File search feature is still missing.

Firmware release date is still 2011-03-11, same as the 9.02R fw.

Though the update shows:
Quote
V9.03
1. Improved audio setup, there is no HDMI audio output when SPDIF output is avaliable.
2. Add video online of RSS and MMS folder in App

I am tring to get my E9HD to see my DLNA server.  I can browse to the server through the Network, however; it does not show up in the uPNP list when I navigate that way.  Any ideas why it might not be able to see the DLNA server?

The HDMI cable included with the Measy is not very good.  I replaced it with one from CDR King and the dots disappeared.

as long as the fan is moving ok lang yan. talaga umiinit. but try watching it as long as you could. pag bumigay naman may warranty. 1 yr from the date of your purchase.

sir garfield, check ko nga yung fan kung gumagana. so far gumagana naman, tried to remove the harddrive at grabe ang init. not so sure kung ito ang isang cause kung bakit humihinto ang movie. pero puzzling kasi sa iba hindi naman, or kapag pinanood ulit ang same movie few days later ok naman at hindi humihinto. anyway, ganun nga siguro gagawin ko for now. thanks!

Mine shows version 9.03 in the version info but still theres only some slight difference from the previous one. Hope they could fix the subtitle issue which is essential when you are watching movies with different language and those movies with in-between foreign language scene.

bukoy,

Measy support told me to download & install 9.03 again, which I did.
Now it does show 9.03 in version info.

Also, I'm curious as too how other users on this forum search for a file on the HDD, now that the 'file search' function has been removed. I have  2000+ files (photos, music etc) and I have scroll through them to go to a particular file.

Measy says the function was removed 'coz the file scanning slows the start-up.
But they should find a way to have the file-search function without the scanning issue.

My suggestion don't upgrade yet. Stay with your fw and wait for new one.

Yes I agree with you napakahalaga ng file search para di ma-abuse ung directional button ng remote natin, saka please measy tech guys fix the subtitle issue, lots of firmware version just been release but the subtitle still a no no.
