Topic: need help on ambient sound setup

helping out a friend. hindi pa ako nakakapunta sa place niya but he gave me the layout. for commercial use so hindi daw kailngan maganda.. no idea pa kasi ako sa ganitong setup..

here's the layout:



here are the requirements,
1 source - dvd/mp3 player (pioneer would be the best option).
1 amp w/c can drive and control 4 channels
3 pairs of in ceiling speakers (any size will do basta kaya icover yung place)
2 pairs of outdoor speakers
 
my questions are:
1. can we use 5.1 avr like onkyo and the likes? (cheap ones yung mga tig 15-20k)
2. if not, what amp can we use? (any suggestions?)
3. pwede ba parrallel connection sa outdoor? ( 4 speakers sa isang channel?)
4. any suggestion on what brand of in ceiling speaker to use?
5. any suggestion on what brand of outdoor speaker to use?
