Opening a new thread for The Event.

Loved the first episode. You know you're in for a good time if you get to say "WTF?!" four times in 45 minutes.

maganda yung pilot episode. sana tuloy tuloy.

nagtataka ako bat lumilindol at sobrang lakas ng hangin nung pabagsak na yung plane. sabi ko ang OA naman! yun pala may kakaibang mangyayari. haha! wtf moment!

Yes. This has the petontial to be like Lost. I just watched the first two episodes and it reminds me so much of it. It has sooo many flashbacks and the twist of the story will make you want to see the next episode.

The last scene in ep. 2 made me say "Huh! What?!".

Promising enough first episode. will get on the second episode in a bit.

Could be as good as Lost.

Or as godawful as Flashforward. Or, worse, V.

I dont know about Lost but the 2nd episode answered a lot of questions about the 1st one.

Second episode had a lot less momentum and hook, still a funnish watch though. Maybe Episode 3 will pick up. This is so like Lost (with a dash of 4400 thrown in) , right down to the extensive use of flashbacks as a narrative device, albeit a hell of a lot less mysterious and intriguing. (Than Lost that is. 4400 was slighttly crap.)

Watched the first two eps, finally. It's actually kind of good, but easily falls into conspiracy TV conventions. Still it's a good show to fill the void that maybe Lost fans are feeling. And this seems more action-oriented.

Ending of episode 3 just gave me my first "whoa" moment throughout the entire series' run so far. Let's hope that increases.
